I didn’t know this song before, but so far i really like it! although i am not sure whether i understand its meaning…
Please note that the stanzas connect to each other.

*その名前を呼んでくれよ: actually “scream out that name (for me)”. Doesn’t sound good in my opinion.
*輝いてた気がしてた: “it had been shining” -> i don’t know what “it” refers to in this case, maybe some undefined object sparkling in the dark?
* 気づけば: “if you noticed”-> i think it refers to the shining (see above)
*地べた這いつくばって: also “i crawl on my knees”, “i sink to the ground”
*日は暮れてしまう: means that the day will soon be over, so it’s too late for the speaker to start again
*過去に置いていくよ: “leave it in the past”
